What is Reiki
Reiki was discovered in Japan by Dr Mikao Usui in the early part of the twentieth century. It is a safe and gentle yet powerful complimentary therapy, that can aid in better sleep, reduce anxiety and promote a healthy balanced life, it can help in supporting and complimenting medical treatment.
Reiki is a hands on frequency based energy practice that channels the universal life force energy through the practitioner and into their client. Reiki is taken to the exact place it is needed by the body and works on many levels, the physical, the mental, the emotional and the spiritual. As a client you may notice shifts in your overall wellbeing, sleep patterns, anxiety and stress levels and an increase in relaxation and self-love.
Reiki will find the root of what needs to be healed and start here, meaning that it is normal to experience releases of emotions, negative thought patterns and toxins as the healing process begins.
