My Story
My spiritual journey started in 2006 with a numerology reading and something just clicked. I started to search out other types of modalities that would teach me to understand myself and eventually I was led to Reiki in 2018. Reiki was a powerful catalyst in my healing journey helping me to reconnect with myself and understand the areas that needed further work. I became pregnant and gave birth in 2020 when my Reiki treatments came to a natural end. Reiki however stayed with me and in April 2024 I trained in first degree Reiki with a UK Reiki Federation Master Teacher. This training changed me, I started to heal with Self-Reiki and and my confidence and self-worth grew. In September 2024 I trained in Second Degree Reiki and just fell in love with the idea of being able to help others in the same way I had been helped. Reiki connects us to something bigger, something that has your best interests at heart and is only there to help you to become the person you were meant to be.
This is the time I am stepping into the person I am meant to be and continuing the chain of healing.
My Approach
I create a calm relaxing environment for my clients, soft music is playing, green plants await your arrival and crystals help to foster an atmosphere of quiet calm and relaxation.
I ensure the space is energetically cleansed and protected ready for your treatment.
Reiki requires only the removal of shoes and coat. Blankets and bolster are provided for your comfort.
I start by connecting to the Reiki energy and then gently place my hands starting at the head and working my way down the body ending with the feet. Each hand position normally lasts around 3 minutes, but can be longer if I intuitively feel the energy wanting to stay in the position. A Chakra Balance focuses on each of the seven main chakras starting at the crown of your head and finishing at the Root Chakra at the base of your spine.
